Viper Trading Systems LLC, including it’s Partners and Affiliates, explicitly reserve the right to refuse service to any potential Subscribers. 

Viper Trading Systems LLC will review all applications for a Subscription to the Viper services and software, and will promptly notify the potential Subscriber of the acceptance or rejection of the Subscriber’s application. In the event of a rejected application, and funds were paid for the Subscription, payment will promptly be refunded. Viper Trading Systems LLC, it’s Partners and Affiliates, are under no obligation to explain acceptance or rejection of said applications as the review process is at the sole discretion of Viper Trading Systems LLC, it’s Partners and/or Affiliates.

Trading performance displayed herein is hypothetical. The following Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) disclaimer should be noted.

You agree that by yourself, or in conjunction with others not to compete with Viper Trading Systems and its Affiliates, or have any interest in such business enterprise which shall be engaged in competition, as proprietor, partner, employee, shareholder, principal, agent, consultant, director, officer, or in any capacity or manner whatsoever, anywhere. You also agree not to lend money to any persons for the reason of creating a service that competes with Viper Trading Systems and its Affiliates.

Membership with Viper Trading Systems and its Affiliates will continue until it is either discontinued by Viper Trading Systems and its Affiliates, or an e-mail stating a request for cancellation is received.
